  • CAN YOU HELP DESIGN MY DISPLAY/ORDER?

    Absolutely! We’re more than happy to help you design your balloon display or order. Whether you have a specific theme in mind or need some inspiration, we can work with your colours, occasion, and budget to create something unique.

    You can share photos, ideas, or event details, and we’ll put together suggestions to help you visualise your setup before confirming your order.

  • COLLECTION & DELIVERY

    We offer a collection service for all our shop brought products from our base in Rackheath, Norwich.
    Our full address details will be sent to you in your confirmation email and receipt. Your collection date and time slot will be confirmed when you place your order.

    Please ensure you have enough space in your vehicle to safely transport your order particularly for larger displays like our premium balloon stack and large garlands.

    A delivery slot will be provided when you place your order. We are happy to work with you to find a time that suits your schedule.

  • HOW & WHEN DO I PAY FOR MY BOOKING?

    For all setup services, we require a 50% deposit at the time of booking to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 2 days before your event.

    An invoice will be sent to you with an easy payment link attached.

  • CAN I AMEND MY ORDER?

    If you wish to amend your order including balloon colours or personalised wording, please contact us at least 7 days before your set up delivery or collection date. You can reach us by email or phone.

    Cancellations

    If you wish to cancel your order or booking, please contact us at least 7 days before your set up, delivery or collection date.
    As our balloons are bespoke and materials are personalised to each customer’s needs, deposits are non-refundable if a cancellation is made less than 14 days before the scheduled date.

    Changing the Delivery Address

    If you need to change your delivery address, please let us know at least 5 days prior to delivery.

  • VENUE SET UPS

    We’ve had the pleasure of setting up at some beautiful locations! Please bear in mind when planning your event that we do not attach items such as garlands to walls or ceilings.

    In certain venues, Magic Magnets can be used as a safe alternative for attachment.

    Risk assessments are carried out at all times during setup and collection, and a paper copy is always available on request to ensure the safety of both our team and your venue.

  • WILL MY BALLOONS LAST?

    We use high-quality balloons and professional techniques to ensure your display looks its best for as long as possible.

    Indoor displays can last several days or even weeks, depending on temperature and conditions. Outdoor displays are more affected by heat, sunlight, and weather, so their lifespan may be shorter.

    HELUIM

    Our latex balloons are always treated with Hi-FLOAT when filled with helium, which helps them last up to 24 hours or slightly longer.

    Larger latex balloons (16–36”) can last 1–3 days, depending on conditions.

    Foil balloons typically last 3–7 days, and some can stay afloat for up to 2 weeks if kept indoors.

    We always recommend keeping balloons indoors, away from direct sunlight, sharp objects, and heat sources to help them last longer.

  • WHOS RESPONSIBLE?

    Once the balloons are in the customer's care, it is their responsibility to ensure that they are handled safely. All Balloons are taken through a 24hrs quality check to ensure all balloons have no manufacturing faults , We can then hand them over confidently knowing your balloons have met our guidelines . We will not accept any responsibility for damage or deflations once received.

  • WHAT ARE THE TERMS AND CONDITON ON HIRE ITEMS?

    Do hire items need to be returned on time?
    Yes. Hire items must be returned on time and in the same condition as delivered. The hire period will be discussed and agreed upon when you book.

    What happens if an item is damaged or lost?
    Any damage or loss will be charged at replacement cost.

    Are you responsible for injury or damage caused by hire items?
    No. We are not responsible for any injury or damage caused by misuse of hire items.

    How does delivery and collection work?
    Please ensure there is sufficient space and access for both delivery and collection of your hire items. Please ensure your set up up and collection is included in your venue hire time.

  • WORKING WITH MEDIA AND INFLUENCERS

    If you’re an influencer or media brand and would like to collaborate with us, please get in touch using our contact form. We aim to respond within 48 hours.

    Please note that while we receive many collaboration requests, we do not offer free promotional work however discounted offers can be discussed.
